Are you experiencing election fatigue, too? I just want this insanity to be over. Every day after checking the morning news, I say to myself that it is time to make a decision.

Just like in an election, we must also make decisions in our businesses. It is either this or that. If not, we do nothing and things remain where they are. You’ve probably heard it before that the definition of insanity is doing the same thing again and again while expecting a different result.

When it comes to decisions most influencers agree it is better to make a decision than to sit on it, even if you are not 100% sure it is the right choice.

We learn to live with our good and bad decisions. In my personal experience I have learned to expect 65-75% of my decisions to be good ones. The rest will cost me money and I will add them to the growing pile of learning experiences. It would be amazing if risk-free decision making were a real thing. It’s not.

The Four D’s

What we can do is put some methodology behind our decision making, like time-management tools that help us execute consistently. The four D’s of good time management are: Do, Delay, Delegate, and Delete.

By simply asking yourself which D needs to be applied to the task ahead of you, it can help you to make quicker decisions.

Andrea Reindl

Andrea is a close personal friend, a woman whom I admire, and a big picture person. She can see what many of us fail to see our own—our personal and professional potential.

This lifelong entrepreneur is passionate about just about everything from business building, her kids, alone time, and visits with friends. In business, she helps you build your message and your company around what you do best. She takes your ideas and transforms them into visual concepts. With Andrea’s help, you will showcase your brilliance because Andrea knows how to flush out your message and make it clear and concise so others get it—fast.

When Andrea was introduced to the world of personas she fell in love with the concepts around different types of people and decision-making styles. Andrea studied under Anthony Garcia, a well-known authority in Persona Architecture, and became a certified Myers-Briggs facilitator. She has created dozens of successful messages and brands by her deep understanding personas and personality types. (Her gift to Master Course attendees is your very own persona architecture workbook, something her clients pay thousands of dollars for.)

In the past 15 years, Andrea has climbed the ranks of a multi-level marketing company to become the youngest woman leader, working with some of the most recognized names in internet marketing. Alongside her partner at Promote A Book, Michael Drew, Andrea’s unique viewpoint is helping clients brand their companies.

Michael R. Drew

I am proud to count Michael as one of my friends. He thinks unlike anyone you’ll ever meet. Michael is a maverick who gets results. He also loves books and is the Founder & CEO of Promote A Book.

Michael has been marketing books for his entire career. He is the world’s most successful book promoter, having launched 89 consecutive books onto best‐seller lists, many of them #1 titles.

Beyond merely helping authors’ books to sell well, Michael has benefited from these respected writers’ insights into social trends. He himself has observed up‐close the shifting dynamics of society—as with his work on Pendulum—and has seen firsthand the rapid and long‐term changes in the publishing industry and how content reaches today’s varied audiences.

Michael honed his skills at such respected publishers as Bard Press, Entrepreneur Magazine, Longstreet Press, Thomas Nelson Publishers, and others. He has mastered the intricacies of publishing and, in adapting to today’s fast‐evolving industry, Michael founded Promote A Book to work directly with writers to help them spread their messages.

Michael has also helped thought leaders, speakers, and entrepreneurs build upon an essential component of continuing success, creating a platform for their writing and their messages so they can expand their audience and adapt to social shifts.

Through Michael’s skills in website creation, his strengths as a speaker, his career coaching, and his innovative use of personas to intensify the effectiveness of all sorts of writing, Michael has been a force in the creation of a new generation of thought leaders. He has helped them to become even more effective entrepreneurs who nourish today’s idea‐hungry marketplace.

As the shifts in society continue, Michael has expanded Promote A Book’s services to include consulting and planning on everything from internet distribution and website building to video creation, book trailers, podcasting, and more.
