After going through a deep personal transformation, I’ve had my “come to Jesus” moment. Really the message that I picked up was that I had to infuse the spiritual aspects of my work more clearly into the strategic concepts I am known for.

Now, I know what you’re thinking—do spirituality and strategy even belong in the same conversation? After all, spirituality often gets labeled as “woo-woo,” while strategy is seen as logical, step-by-step, and structured.

But here’s the thing: I’m seeing a growing shift. People want more. Not just more money, take their families on vacation, and have financial security, but they also want their work to mean more. They’re looking for purpose. I am not seeing the success at all costs is worth it attitude anymore; rather it has shifted to building a business that resonates with your soul. That’s why I titled my upcoming business intensive “Unleash Your Inner Architect: Building a Business That Resonates with Your Soul.”

The Entrepreneur’s Roller Coaster

During the business intensive, I’ll share a concept I’ve been developing that is best described as an Infinity Loop. In business, we often find ourselves in cycles: we work hard, gain momentum, get busy, and then things fall off. We find ourselves in a valley, scrambling to get back on top, only to repeat the cycle. This happens for many reasons, including unconscious barriers and set points that limit our growth—barriers that may not even be your fault.

Many of these blocks come from deep-seated beliefs, possibly inherited from ancestors, parents, or traumatic childhood experiences. For example, I recently spoke with a client who suffered from perfectionism because of his parents expectations of him when he was just five years old. By simply bringing awareness to it, we were able to shift that belief in one hour. We found the issue, we addressed it, we connected this desire to be perfect with how he works and turned it into a positive reframe. His entire body language changed and shared that he felt joy and relief afterward. Sometimes, overcoming these hurdles is simpler than you think, and that’s a big part of what we’ll address in this business intensive.

Combining Spirituality and Strategy

At the core of this journey is your inner architect. Your inner architect blends spirituality and strategy—two elements that together create a powerful transmission. Stop chasing the latest tactics or following someone else’s model. Instead ask: What do I want to build? What is the business model that will get me there?

Your why—the deep reason behind why you do what you do—determines your “what” and “how.” Many entrepreneurs don’t know how to start so they search for, “Something that can help me grow my business?” Say hello to internet marketing. Next you are signed up to buy tactics like funnels, ad tools, or lead generation programs, hoping one will be the magic fix. But these are just tools, not a business model. My approach is to help you create the business model first, one that is in complete alignment with your values, desires, and lifestyle.

Designing a Resonant Business Model

A resonant business model is one that works for you, based on what success looks like for you. Your desires, dreams, and limitations all play a role in shaping this model. For example, if you’re a mother who needs to be home by 4:45 to pick up your kids, then we build a business model that honors that. It’s not about pushing yourself to the point of exhaustion or missing out on important life moments. It’s about integrating your life with your work so that your business supports your lifestyle, not drains it.

So, how do we build this resonant business model? It starts by understanding that your time is valuable, and that you shouldn’t be figuring everything out on your own. You wouldn’t try to do your own dry cleaning or give yourself a facial; you’d go to an expert. This is no different. By attending this business intensive, you’ll have the opportunity to learn from subject matter experts who have seen it all and can guide you in the right direction.

The Shift: Business Beyond Work

I believe the idea of “work at all costs” is outdated. Success has to be more than grinding and hustling; there has to be a spiritual connection, nurturing your relationships, and enjoying the journey along the way. That means being present for the moments, the small joys that make life worth living, so that when you reach your “there, you actually feel fulfilled.

I recently had a beautiful moment that reminded me of this. My family was gathered at my home—my daughter, my husband, my granddaughter, and close friends. The smell of rosemary lamb filled the air, we laughed, shared wine, and eventually, my granddaughter fell asleep in my arms. As I watched her sleep, I realized: This is it. This is my ‘there’.

That’s what I want for you. I want to give you the shortcuts to get to your “there” faster, so you can enjoy the “here” moments while building the business model that can get you to your dreams. If this resonates with you, I invite you to join my business intensive where we’ll dig deep into integrating your soul with strategy, crafting a business model that works for you.
