Most Entrepreneurs are unique. This is a question that I get often: “When did you figure out that you didn’t fit the mold?”
For me, it all started with my aptitude test.
In Germany, during a (very serious) career counseling session in school, I took such an aptitude test which asked me six pages of questions. Among them were these three:
1. Are you afraid of heights?
2. Do you enjoy being outside?
3. Do you mind carrying things?
“My desire is to advise and mentor women on how to play
with and compete with, but more importantly, how to succeed
alongside the big boys.”
When I said “yes” to all three, my career results came in: “Based on your unique skills and talents an excellent natural career choice for you would be… a roofer!”
A few years later when I worked as a photographer assistant I found myself at great heights, outside carrying photographic equipment; and there I was, on top of a glacier in Switzerland… ensuring that the product, a car that was transported with a helicopter, made it to a photoshoot!
That’s when I realized that a talent can be turned into all kinds of businesses. Preferably the one you are most passionate about. Because then, it’s not work.
It has always been baffling to me that everyone talks about how much more successful businesses are with 50/50 men/women but no one ever explains why. I think this is critical for everyone to understand so they know what they get when putting a woman vs. a man in a leadership position.

AFTER THE SALE....
After multi-million dollar deal, I was asked to join the leadership at Corbis. Overseeing a global entertainment division gave me a profound appreciation for the unique challenges today’s corporate leaders, and women in leadership positions face.
It’s my passion to help creative businesses overcome the mistaken aptitude tests others want to force on you… I want to support you with uncovering your unique talents, your super skill and turn them into a thriving business that can grow and that can be scaled. Let me share my hard-won secrets and strategies on how to take a start-up and turn into an equity business that you could sell.
Over a span of 30 years, I’ve had the pleasure to work with elite organizations, names like Elle Magazine, Corbis, Wrangler, Levi’s, Homeboy, BMW, Glidden Paint, Coldwell Banker, and Mercedes Benz.
Very simply put-I’ve done it. This isn’t some theoretical idea picked up in a conference. I believe in structured, and repeatable processes, broken down, success formulas, made paper-thin for greater transparency. That is the 5 Star Success Blueprint Growth Architecture. You will know what step you are at and which step should be next. No more putting the third step before the first. There is a proven road map and plenty of support. If you are ready to grow, build and scale. This is it.
My success is you.
