(the Company,) The Women’s Code, The Growth Architect and Beate Chelette are committed to providing all participants (the client) in any of its programs with a positive experience. Thus, Chelette Enterprises, Inc. may, at its sole discretion, limit, suspend, or terminate your participation in any of its programs without refund or forgiveness of remaining monthly payments if:
- You become disruptive or difficult to work with;
- You refuse to agree to our terms and conditions of participation;
- Fail to follow the Program guidelines; or,
- You impair the participation of Program instructors or participants in the Program.
Privacy & Confidentiality
We respect your privacy and insist that you respect the privacy of fellow Program participants.
We respect your confidential and proprietary information ideas, plans and trade secrets (collectively, “Confidential Information”) and must insist that you respect the same rights of fellow Program participants and of the Company as well as its processes and course and coaching materials.
Thus, you agree:
- Not to infringe any of Chelette Enterprises, Inc.’s Programs – other participants or the Company’s copyright, patent, trademark, trade secret or other intellectual property rights;
- That any Confidential Information shared by Program participants or any representative of the Company is Confidential and Proprietary, and belongs solely and exclusively to the Participant who discloses it or the Company;
- Not to disclose such information to any other person or use it in any manner other than in discussion with other Program participants during Program sessions;
- That all materials and information provided to you by the Company are its confidential and proprietary intellectual property belonging solely and exclusively to the Company, and may only be used by you as authorized by the Company;
- The reproduction, distribution and sale of these materials by anyone but the Company is strictly prohibited;
- That if you violate, or display any likelihood of violating, any of your agreements contained in this paragraph the Company and/or the other Program participant(s) will be entitled to injunctive relief to prohibit any such violations to protect against the harm of such violations.
While you are free to discuss your personal results from Chelette Enterprises, Inc. programs and training, you must keep the experiences and statements, oral or written, of all other participants in the strictest of confidence.

Terms of Payment
The financial accounts for all participants in Chelette Enterprises, Inc. programs must be current. In the event a Chelette Enterprises, Inc. participant seeks to purchase additional programs while his or her account is delinquent, any payments made will be applied first to any past monies owed and then to the new purchase.
Community Guidelines and Anti-Harassment Policy for In-Person and Virtual Events
Chelette Enterprises, Inc. is dedicated to providing a harassment-free and inclusive event experience for everyone regardless of gender identity and expression, sexual orientation, disabilities, neurodiversity, physical appearance, body size, ethnicity, nationality, race, age, religion, or other protected category. We do not tolerate harassment of event participants in any form. Chelette Enterprises, Inc. takes violations of our policy seriously and will respond appropriately.
All participants of Chelette Enterprises, Inc. events, including in-person and online attendees, event staff, speakers, must abide by the following policy:
Be respectful to each other. Treat everyone with respect. Participate while acknowledging that everyone deserves to be here — and each of us has the right to enjoy our experience without fear of harassment, discrimination, or condescension, whether blatant or via micro-aggressions. All forms of communication should not demean others. Consider what you are saying and how it would feel if it were said to you or about you.
Speak up if you see or hear something. Harassment is not tolerated, and you are empowered to politely engage when you or others are disrespected. The person making you feel uncomfortable may not be aware of what they are doing, and politely bringing their behavior to their attention is encouraged.
We have a ZERO TOLERANCE POLICY for in-person or online harassment of any kind, including but not limited to:

Participants asked to stop any harassing behavior are expected to comply immediately. Our zero tolerance policy means that we will look into and review every allegation of violation of our Event Community Guidelines and Anti-Harassment Policy and respond appropriately. To report any behavior that makes you or others feel uncomfortable, visit your event’s website to file a report to your event’s organizers.
