I’m Beate, and my journey from broke single mom and immigrant buried in $135,000 of debt to selling my business to Bill Gates for millions during a recession is a testament to the power of strategy and resilience.
My knack lies in uncovering hidden opportunities and crafting actionable strategies to seize them. I specialize in guiding consultants, coaches, and service providers who are navigating uncertain times, helping them articulate their unique value and design frameworks to scale their impact with confidence. My super skill is to take complex process and ideas into simple and repeatable steps. Business is a transformational journey that is broken into three phases. Phase 1 is to (build) Turn Your Talent Into a Business, Phase 2 (grow) is figuring out how to figure out your niche and differentiation factor with the Signature Growth System and Phase 3 (scale) is to scale your business using the Optimal Alignment process. If I were to distill my expertise to one thing, it would be showing your audience how to consolidate their knowledge under a single, coherent system and a lot of shortcuts.
