2009 INTERNATIONAL PHOTOGRAPHY AWARDS COMPETITION WINNERS AND FINALISTS ANNOUNCED.
The votes are tallied and the scores are in…the winners of the International Photography Awards competition were announced last month. With nearly 18,000 submissions from 104 countries, the competition was steep and the images absolutely incredible. The three top winners will be announced at the forthcoming Lucies. Who will take home the cash prizes and the Lucies?
