Honey, I Am Home
It’s been a whirlwind of trips for me. Just yesterday I arrived back from Las Vegas and I am off to go to Hawaii from which I will be hosting the next free call. If you haven’t signed up, please secure your spot right now. You only have a few days left.
I’ve been once again to a conference facilitated by my coach James Malinchak who works with many coaches just like me. There are always so many things to learn and absorb. I come back inspired and fired up.
Over the next few days I’ll be updating you about what I learned and who I have met. The first thing I want you to tell you about is my friend Larry.
Larry Broughton is an amazing man. He owns several exquisite hotels and he has been noted as the Ernst & Young’s Entrepreneur of the Year® , NaVOBA’s Vetrepreneur® of the Year , Entrepreneur Magazine’s Hot 500 and he is a former US Army Green Beret. Not that in my ignorance I knew all that much about what that was at first (except that all the guys turned pale and searched for the exit sign), but I am a quick study and his stories are great. He is dedicated to Veteran’s causes and does fantastic work. This is a man who is devoted to his family, his businesses and he is someone who makes a difference (and he’s my Mastermind buddy). I do get to hang out with amazing people.
We listened to a great speaker at the conference by the name of Darren Hardy who wrote a book that I’m reading and will be introducing to you very shortly. He happens to be the Publisher of Success Magazine, too. Darren and Larry are friends and luckily I got to meet Darren as well.
The story goes that Darren as a the publisher of Success Magazine is inundated with information from all kinds of guru’s. But the one thing he likes and reads and keeps is Larry’s FlashPoints. So I though I’ll be bringing this opportunity to you as well. I just signed up and today I received my first one and I love it.
What is FlashPoints? Go to Larry Broughton and sign up. You will receive a weekly ‘FlashPoint’. It’s like a mini meditation, a reminder a quick thought, a connection. Just something that will make you stop for a moment in your day-to-day insanity.
While I am a business gal, what most people don’t know about me is that I have done and continue to do a lot of personal work. I do believe in having the right mindset. I also believe that each of us has the power of creating who we want to be. A FlashPoint is a reminder of that.
Beate,
Wow! Thanks so much for sharing your thoughts about FLASHPOINTS. I’m so glad we’re “mastermind buddies.” You are an inspiration, and your business savvy and creativity is impressive. Larry
