“I didn’t realize how much of an impact Beate’s message had on my method of thinking until I was explaining certain concepts to friends the evening after the conference. It’s the subtle re-framing of my approach that was most affected (in an amazing way). I hadn’t realized that:

The concept of asking “what does she know?” instead of “what does she have?” was transformational for me in feeling the sisterly connection between myself and women I would have previously been intimidated by and/or jealous of.
