I want to share with you what I’ve experienced.
I’ve built a program, The Women’s Code, and I’ve identified ego-Rhythm phases we go through that will change your life as a woman, a professional, partner, a friend. And speaking of friend, I’ve also created a system I call K.A.R.L., which some of my clients already call their best friend. K.A.R.L. is a process by which you can step back, look at yourself, and let go. It stands for Know, Accept, Relax and Live – and it’s basically four simple fundamentals that I took a long time to understand. When I explain them to you – and after I explain to you how I came to figure them out – you’ll know what I mean. And you’ll know why K.A.R.L. is going to help you.
You see, most of us women spend our lives wondering exactly where we are and, in the words of that old Talking Heads song, “Once in a Lifetime” – crying,“How did I get here?” This is not some existential malaise, a sense that the world is too much for us. This is real. Women have had 50 years of breakthroughs in society, more and more becoming the equal of men in earning power and opportunities. But at the same time, women remain self-doubting, self-sabotaging, self-hating, even. When I was going through some of these things myself, I also wanted to figure out why this was. And I wanted to find a solution - one that could help women everywhere. All too often, women end up frustrated and angry, not only because they find themselves having to battle the petty rivalries and jealousies with other women at the workplace, but because they’re going through a phase in their life that seems to be all-encompassing, draining them of energy with no end in sight.
But there is a way around all of this, a path to success that each of us can follow (and that many of my clients have benefited from). Ego-Rhythm will help you identify where you are. The Women’s Code will give you a map to find your way. K.A.R.L. will be your trusted guide. And, let’s not forget, for everyone of us who still believes in fairy tales (and don’t we all on some level), we can all be Cinderella, too.
Oh, and did I mention that you can have it all? Sure, sure, you’ve heard this before – but it’s true. You can have it all. Maybe not all at once (that would be a bit much), but working with me and my processes, you’ll learn to accept life, seize opportunities, and thrive. I’ll keep you posted on all new developments.
